Yes, we provide all the necessary documents when signing a partnership agreement.

Are you a direct importer, manufacturer or dealer?

We only purchase the products from industry-specific manufacturers, most of which we import as an exclusive distributor in Ukraine.

Do you provide post-warranty service for your products?

Yes, we will always be happy to help you at any stage of the product life.

Do you bid for tenders and provide letters of commitment for tendering?

We do not bid for tenders, but we do provide letters of commitment for our partners to do so.

How can I get high-quality photos of the products?

Just call your manager or +38 (044) 377-52-86 to let us know you need such photos, and we will send them too you right away.

Can I see the products?

Yes, we have all our products in stock, and you can check them over at the warehouse. All you have to do is to call +38 (044) 377-52-86 and arrange your visit with our manager.

Do you have a service centre? What is the address and business hours?

Yes, we have a service centre which is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, in which we will do our best to resolve your issue.

Is there a warranty card in the box?

Yes. Depending on the product, the warranty card is available either separately or on the last page of the instruction manual.

Do you have approvals for the products?

In accordance with the Ukrainian law governing turnover of medical appliances within Ukraine, each of our products has a statement of conformity to technical regulations. In addition, products of safety class 2 have certificates of conformance.

Is there any warranty for the products?

Yes. Depending on the product, the duration of warranty varies from 6 months to an unlimited period of time. For details, see the product description on the website

What are the terms of delivery? (e.g. personal delivery / Nova Poshta / self-pickup)

You can pick the goods up on your own from our warehouse located at 4A Berezhanska Street, Kyiv.  For orders worth 2500 UAH and above, the goods will be shipped at our expense post-to-post. Personal delivery is free for orders worth 3000 UAH and above.
