CGM Sinocare Heaco iCan i3
is an innovative continuous blood sugar monitoring system that helps people with diabetes monitor their condition daily, without finger pricks and additional scanning.
Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems are essential for tracking overall trends and fluctuations in blood sugar, but they are not designed for point-to-point comparisons of accuracy due to the natural lag in interstitial fluid. Therefore, be sure to compare CGM readings with meter readings and account for this difference. Also, final decisions about treatment adjustments should be made only with your doctor. The reference comparison for accuracy always remains a laboratory blood test.
Has three applications iCan Review (for the doctor) iCan Health (for the patient) iCan Rich (for the caregiver)
15 days of operation – a continuous cycle without replacements and temporary shutdowns.
The calibration function is integrated into the official application
iCan Review – a free doctor’s office, monitoring of an unlimited number of patients in real time, more than 5 types of reports and software in Ukrainian!
Official service center in Ukraine – user support, warranty service!
A device weighing 6 g provides continuous glucose measurement every 3 minutes for 15 days – this is more than 7,000 data points per sensor.
The Heaco Sinocare Heaco iCan i3 CGM Glucose Monitoring System
has IP28 water resistance, allowing you to use the CGM even while showering, swimming or playing sports.
And thanks to the Bluetooth connection and the iCan Health application, users can track glucose levels in real time, view graphs, averages and compare data by day.
The application is adapted for Ukrainian consumers and works in Ukraine without VPN and has a Ukrainian interface.
The application has a video guide on using the product, which will guide you step by step during sensor installation.
The installation and monitoring process is painless without finger pricks
The readings are scanned automatically in the application, no additional scanning is required.
The data is automatically sent and stored in the cloud, so you can be sure that all scanned data will be in the application, even if the phone runs out of battery.
Hypo- and hyperglycemia notifications with individual settings
High accuracy (MARD error of only 8.71%)
Applicable for people aged 2 and over
CGM Sinocare Heaco iCan i3
Has an intuitive interface and a clear display, which simplifies monitoring. Users can easily track blood sugar levels throughout the day and night using the application.
The device can be attached not only to the arm, but also to the stomach
This device is not only convenient to use, but also helps to ensure continuous and reliable control of the glycemic profile, providing a timely response to any glucose fluctuations. Data can also be transferred to loved ones by creating a family profile for the child or person you care for through the official iCan Health application. This will allow you to organize continuous care.
A free web platform for doctors and medical institutions is also available – iCan Review, where you can register an unlimited number of patients and view patient glucose readings, history, receive and download AGP reports and other reports.
An additional level of confidence: calibration function
Sometimes the sensor readings may differ from the data of a conventional glucometer due to the characteristics of the body, skin condition, correct installation, etc. For such cases, we have added a calibration function to the iCan Health application. If you see a discrepancy in the numbers, you can simply enter the values from your glucometer directly into the application – the system will adjust to your indicators for maximum accuracy of subsequent measurements.
It is not recommended to perform calibration during the first two days of wearing the sensor. However, if there are objective reasons for this, then
Perform only 150 minutes after installing the sensor.
Calibrate when the readings are stable (best – in the morning on an empty stomach).
Do not calibrate immediately after eating, insulin, or exercising.
Measure your blood sugar with a glucometer.
Check with your sensor readings after 15-20 minutes. If there is a large discrepancy, calibrate
In the Log section, click + next to Fingertip Blood Glucose.
Enter the value obtained from your glucometer, select the Fingertip Blood Calibration type, and click Confirm.
Note:
Calibration is irreversible and only applies to the current sensor.
Recalibration is possible no earlier than after 30 minutes.
Do not calibrate your sensor frequently.
Using inaccurate glucometer data will lead to incorrect CGM readings!
Use the manual calibration feature if there is a significant discrepancy between CGM and BGM (glucometer) readings
You can read more details on our Heaco blog.
With the iCan Health app, you can monitor your glucose levels, view trends and reports. Also share data with your family, friends and healthcare professionals anywhere, anytime.
People with diabetes: Improve control and fitness.
Fitness: Better understanding of glucose levels for a healthy lifestyle.
Diet (incl. prediabetes, metabolic syndrome): Develop healthy habits for glucose regulation.
Other users: Develop healthy eating and control
To confirm the accuracy of your Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) sensor readings, it is recommended to check and compare them with a blood glucose meter (BGM) of the same brand.
After unpacking and starting the sensor, its operating time will be 15 days (one cycle of use), after which it will automatically turn off, after which you will also receive a notification in the application.
Reliability of indicators: minimizing interference
One of the key factors in the reliability of a CGM system is its resistance to interference – the effect of common medications (such as Acetaminophen, Aspirin or Vitamin C) on the final glucose readings.
iCan i3 is designed with minimal sensitivity to external metabolic substances. This means that you can take most common medications without worrying about artificially overestimating or underestimating the monitoring results. We guarantee that key medications, including ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), do not affect the accuracy of the readings, giving you confidence in every measurement.
Use the iCan i3 CGM only after consulting a doctor if you are pregnant, undergoing dialysis, have an implanted pacemaker, or are in a critical condition. It is currently unknown whether various symptoms or medications taken in these patient groups may affect the system. Using the iCan i3 CGM in the above groups may lead to inaccurate results. Do not use the iCan i3 CGM if you have a blood clotting disorder or are taking anticoagulants.
If you have dense hair at the sensor implantation site, the skin area at the application site must be free of hair to ensure reliable adhesion and minimize data transmission errors.
MRI/CT/electrothermal therapy is prohibited
CGM iCan i3 is available in Ukraine through the official distributor MEDITOR. We provide a warranty and service support. Suitable for daily use at home, at work or while traveling. With the purchase of the CGM Sinocare iCan device, you get a home laboratory with the ability to simultaneously measure blood glucose using a non-invasive method.
Continuous glucose monitoring sensors are medical devices for individual use and are not exchangeable or returnable. After opening the package or breaking its seal, the product loses its sterility status, therefore, for safety and hygiene reasons, it is impossible to return it.
If you have difficulties with installation, activation, etc. or you suspect a factory defect, do not try to return the product to the store. In such cases, contact the service center of the official representative directly. Our specialists will conduct diagnostics and, if the warranty case is confirmed, provide an official replacement of the sensor
