Trauma and orthopedics: In cases of complex injuries, including open fractures and soft tissue injuries, as well as in orthopedic practice, VACUUM therapy provides effective drainage, reduces hematomas and edema. It creates a protective layer for vessels, nerves and ligaments, stabilizing the wound bed and preventing deformations.
Skin grafting: The use of dressings in the skin grafting process allows you to securely fix the graft on the recipient bed, preventing its displacement. It ensures constant contact of the graft with the wound surface, removing the fluid that accumulates under it, thereby significantly improving the adhesion of the skin graft.
